Take a look at the broadcast site at Alternare, which is a non-profit organization that works in close partnership with campesinos in the monarch wintering areas to promote sustainable and adequate food production, forest conservation, and environmentally sound economic activities. Alternare is located in the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve near Angangueo, Mexico. To fly in, you’ll need to download Google Earth, which provides a 3D model of the real world, based on real satellite images combined with maps. You can zoom from space to street level instantly.
